This 100g premium Swiss, organic and fair trade couverture bar is made with 41% cocoa solids and rice syrup which produces a wonderful alternative to milk chocolate bar.

Please note: Although no dairy products are used in the manufacturing of this bar it is manufactured in a factory that handles dairy products, there is risk of cross contamination. This bar may contain traces of dairy. If you have a severe dairy allergy look for products that are produced in a dairy free environment (Moo Free, Plamil & Booja Booja).
